Our program provides paid job training opportunities to local youth, ages 10-25, through collaborations with private businesses, community-based partners and local government agencies. A structured work experience can foster the development of interpersonal skills and exploration of career and educational interests. This program cultivates positive work habits, attitudes, and behavior among participants. Youth gain a deeper understanding of their responsibilities as employees, while also honing essential skills such as punctuality, initiative, teamwork, professionalism, active listening and work ethic.
